We love getting to spend one-on-one time with our patients. We don't ever want you to feel rushed or unheard. We start with a conversation about your history, present priorities, and what you hope for your future. We test your strength, flexibility, and overall movement patterns. Your therapist may recommend an internal exam, but we always defer to your comfort level and expectations (internal exams usually don't happen until a follow-up appointment). Your appointment will conclude with establishing a clear plan moving forward, keeping your goals front and center.

Unfortunately, traditional insurance providers do not compensate well for physical and occupational therapy services, which is why most in-network providers must see several patients at once or are unable to provide lengthy one-on-one time with their patients. We prefer to see our patients less often but for longer sessions to provide the type of care we see as valuable. There are pros and cons to each type of setup, so please reach out if you are unsure which is right for you.

Our standard hours are 8:00-4:00, but we are available to make certain exceptions depending on the situation.

We specialize in customized care, so each treatment plan is different based on goals, budget, and lifestyle. We don't plug-and-play with templates for every person. For the majority of our patients, we see the best results with weekly appointments.
